Need help paying?

We work very hard to keep your pet’s medical care affordable, but for those who may need to pay over time, All Creatures Animal Hospital accepts CareCredit and ScratchPay.  Visit their websites to see if one of these options is right for you.

Information on Fee Estimates and Payment

All Creatures Animal Hospital thanks you for choosing us to provide your pet with the latest preventative, medical, and surgical care possible.  We make every effort to provide reasonable costs for services, but modern veterinary care can be costly.  Unfortunately, we do not have the funds to provide free or low-cost care to our clients.

Treatment Plan (Estimates)

Following an examination of your animal, the veterinarian in charge will provide an estimate of the approximate cost of services, procedures, diagnostic tests, medications, and supplies to treat your animal.  This fee estimate will reflect only the initial diagnostic and treatment plan and may change based on your treatment decisions.

Payment is required at the time of services. If your animal is hospitalized, half of the high end of the estimate is due prior to services being provided.  The final payment is due when your animal is discharged.  Treatment of your animal is determined by your decisions, with consideration of your own financial resources.  You have the right to decline any or all treatments suggested for your animal.

We accept cash, checks (only with a current driver’s license on file), Visa, Master Card, Discover, ScratchPay, and Care Credit.  We do not accept American Express or offer in-house payment plan options.

Insurance

If your animal is insured, please provide the name of the insurance company at the time of admission.  Owners are responsible for payment to ACAH and the insurance company will reimburse the owner.
